We have set up casing producing assembly line, including material testing and
monitoring, magaflux, digital control machine and automatically heat-treat equipment
etc. Then product’s standards meet API 5CT requirement. We can product all kinds
of casing and coupling rang form 4” to 9 5/8”. Before manufacture, the advanced
spectrometer is applied for conducting material analysis. In the course of calcinations,
the infrared thermometer is used to monitor the heating temperature.
The following steps of tempering, thread processing, detecting surface, pressure
testing and auto-spray painting are completely in accordance with Quality Control System.
So our tubing products hold the firm position in class of tip-top quality.
